Typhoon slams into China after killing 57 in Philippines

Hurricane Mangkhut hammered into terrain China late Sunday in the wake of leaving a trail of decimation in Hong Kong and Macau and killing something like 59 individuals in the northern Philippines.

The world's greatest tempest this year felled trees and sent high rises influencing in skyscraper Hong Kong, harming in excess of 200 individuals there before making landfall on the shore of Jiangmen city, in southern China's Guangdong territory.

All flights all through Hong Kong were dropped. Schools in the city will be closed Monday.

In the neighboring betting enclave of Macau, every one of the 42 clubs closes down without precedent for its history.

As the tempest moved past Macau toward the south, lanes ended up submerged spouting in from the harbor.

Crisis laborers explored the streets on fly skis and dinghies, safeguarding caught inhabitants.

The administration and club are avoiding potential risk after Macau was battered by Hurricane Hato a year ago, which left 12 dead.
